We stayed here last summer for a big family trip and it was a fantastic experience. The whole island of Rhodes was great, and the Rodos Palladium was a great place to start the mornings, and relax after a day of sightseeing. The rooms were clean and well-kept, service in the resort was great, and the meals were really good. We rented two vehicles from the desk inside the resort, and had a good experience with that as well. You are a short drive away from most of the action and restaurants on the island. My only comment for improvement comes with the daily sporting events, they were inconsistent. One day, there was nothing going on at all, found out the staff was off for the day...either have enough staff to cover those that had days off or split the days off. Beyond that, I would recommend to anyone who is visiting Rhodes, and I'd definitely return again myself.

Had a wonderdul experience for my summer vacay! Very clean, stuff very helpful and kind! The breakfast has many varieties and is absolutely fresh and tasty!
Good Choice for Rhodes Trip Pros: Staff was very professional, helpful and friendly. Food was excellent. Open buffet and the menu had various types of food. Location is perfect, near a blue flag beach. Hotel rooms have nice view of the pool and the sea. Rooms and facilities were very clean. Rodos - Faliraki bus line passes through the bus stop in front of the hotel. Cons: A five star beach hotel shouldn't ask money for beach towels. There were some small flies at nights. Pest control policy could be improved.

We stayed at the hotel for five days in a room with a lovely view to the sea. The service was absolutely superb. This was immediately noticeable even before we arrived. We sent an email stating that one of our children is sensitive to gluten. Within a short period of time we received a couple of emails stating that the restaurant has been informed and to let them know when we arrive. The entire staff at the reception, the bars, pools and especially at the restaurants were very courteous and genuinely nice. The beach is only around 150 meters from the hotel and it is very accessible. The pool is amazing and beautifully designed. It felt that they thought very much about the comfort and convenience of the guests. For us, the highlight was the delicious food - for our gluten-free child as well as for us, during breakfast and dinner. Lots of variety and high-level cuisines.
What can i say except that this was one of the best holidays we had. The staff is great! Friendly, helpful I mean those guys and girls working in service are amazing and so hard working. The rooms are new, you can tell and they are beautiful my friends. Clean and modern with amazing sea views and views of the entire property, the rooms can be cleaned and your towels and sheets changed daily if you like. The food was really really good... Take it from a Chef! I was pleasantly surprised. So much variety and tye quality was top notch. The resort itself is really clean and you can see people working on it constantly. There are areas to separate your trash.The beaches are clean, the sunbeds are all in good quality and there are plenty of beds. The entire area is Handicapped friendly. Everyone there speaks at least a few languages. What's also interesting is that the entire island is really great. Old Town, oh yes... So beautiful and amazing with plenty of restaurants some of them in buildings hundreds of years old and protected by the government. The water is extremely clean and the temperature from July till late August is between 25 and 27 c. Airport to Faliraki is about 20 minutes and Airport to Rhodos City is a few minutes less. The arrival area at the airport is.. Well hilarious but the departure area is much nicer of course with plenty of shopping possibilities. Checking in is a funny process because you will most likely check in at one point and then take your suitcases to a different one and wait in long lines. So... Take plenty of time when coming to the airport. Online check in was not available even for Swiss. All in all it was amazing and we will come again. Room 1605
